Sales Resources Administrator ( Hybrid Work Schedule )

What we need you to do:

Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Resources, you will support our winning National team by:

  • Managing the general inbox and responding to inquiries in a timely manner

  • Preparing and sending communications in Act-On, including posting events to Sitecore

  • Preparing and sending out advisor and retail newsletters

  • Setting up and running webinars in ‘Go To Webinar’ or Zoom, including liaising with speakers

  • Assisting with, applying for and issuing CE credits

  • Assisting with organizing and administering Master Works Professional Advisor Training courses

  • Other administrative tasks as required

**What it will take to do good work at HUB: **

  • Post-secondary education obtained at a credited community college or University

  • Essential to this role is time management skills and self-regulation to accomplish daily tasks in adherence to our service standards

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Meticulous attention to detail required

  • Proficient typing and computer skills – especially but not limited to Windows Office & Excel

  • Works well independently as well as with a team

  • Outgoing and comfortable liaising with members of the Executive Team and Carrier Reps

  • Knowledge of the Insurance and Financial Industry an asset
