Hub International Vice President, Saskatchewan Sales in Winnipeg, Manitoba

The role of Vice President, Saskatchewan Sales, has been designed to meet or exceed overall growth and profitability targets for the Saskatchewan region and beyond. This role is dynamic in nature as the deliverables include working through an extensive professional network to grow the business through acquisition, growing the Producer Team and guiding all employees in the Saskatchewan Region to meet or exceed sales goals. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of superior skills in sales management, leadership, employee engagement, and must have a demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change. Additionally, this position will build lasting relationships with executive leadership, key business partners, carriers and clients.

This role reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and works closely with the VP of Saskatchewan Operations to achieve the desired results of the organization.

Accomplishments Needed:

A minimum License Level 3 is required. Completion of CAIB or CIP is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a brokerage environment or other closely related insurance role is required. Experience with EPIC is preferred.
