Hub International Payroll Administrator in Winnipeg, Manitoba
HUB International is Manitoba’s largest insurance brokerage and we are dedicated to helping business and individuals evaluate their risks and manage their insurance needs.
We are currently looking for a full-time and permanent Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of a bi-weekly payroll, record keeping, detailed reporting and budgeting.
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for all time and attendance details and personnel transactions, such as, new hires, terminations, leave of absences and deductions. The Payroll Administrator must be able to work independently, as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position, along with the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information and provide clear communication to employees regarding their pay.

Previous experience in a similar role is required. Completion of payroll related training is necessary; PCP program completion is preferred. Experience using an advanced level of Excel skills is required. Superior written and verbal communication is required. Previous experience in Workday and Krono’s is an asset.
