About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Talent Acquisition Partner for the HUB Ontario & Atlantic Region. As part of our talent engine, you will exemplify our strong core values which drive our unique corporate culture. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for the staffing needs for the Ontario and Atlantic regions. Collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll ensure a high-quality new hire experience for our candidates, hiring managers and back-end support teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Director, Talent Acquisition and HUB Corporate Talent Team in the development and execution of sourcing strategies

  • Be key contributor in regional early careers program & campus recruiting strategy

  • Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent for high-impact roles across the organization

  • Demonstrate an understanding of modern assessment/screening methods to ensure all candidates presented meet the job requirements and fit HUB’s culture

  • Develop an understanding of the business, external market and trends the impact the company, including understanding key stakeholders, relevant skillsets and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders including HR, IT, & Operations to ensure the new hire candidate onboarding experience is exceptional

  • Assist in managing external vendor and/or agency contracts, relationships, and agreements to ensure exceptional service levels and efficiency of spend

  • Provide feedback and assist in the implementation and/or use of tools, systems, reporting and projects

  • Increase HUB’s employment brand and pipeline through partnerships with government-funded programs, targeted Colleges and Universities, Insurance Programs and participation in relevant career fairs

What You’ll Need for Success

  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience preferably in the financial industry

  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods, including driving campus recruiting strategy

  • Proven ability to think strategically by challenging business leaders while balancing expectations

  • Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization

  • Strong candidate relationship management skills, with practical experience in building, maintaining and leveraging proactive candidate pipelines

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo

  • Business acumen with Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and, prioritization skills
