Support Services AdministratorWindsor, ON


The Support Service Administrator is responsible for uploading new business and remarketed policies, processing mid-term endorsements, and processing inbound client requests while maintaining a positive work environment and an effortless customer experience.


  • Demonstrate and maintain complete understanding of the Support Services process.

  • Follow documentation guidelines in both the policy management system and various company portals and systems.

  • Accurately issue new business policies and process requested endorsements in various company portals and systems, utilizing appropriate resources within authority level in accordance with company standards.

  • Send proof of insurance and supporting documentation to clients.

  • Process inbound client requests within company standards.

  • Follow broker error procedures and meet timelines set by management.

  • Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.

  • Availability to work various shifts and days of the week as required.

  • Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.


  • Employees generally work in an office setting.

  • Most of the work is done sitting at a desk using a company issued phone and computer with opportunities to move about the office when needed.

  • This is an in-person position reporting to the office 5 days a week.
