Hub International Service Receptionist in Windsor, Ontario

HUB International is the largest insurance brokerage in Canada. Our vision is to be everywhere risk exists – today and tomorrow. Helping protect what matters most . Our HUB Customer Central (HCC) office is looking for temporary full-time Service Receptionists to join our team!

The Role

A Service Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying the needs of the client and routing to the appropriate team or individual, ensuring a seamless and effortless customer experience.

  • Identify the needs of the client by asking applicable questions and direct calls to the appropriately skilled individuals or queues.

  • Exhibit accountability with regard to readiness in handling client contact opportunities.

  • Respond favourably to all coaching and training provided, make use of self-coaching tools where available and actively participate in your Employee Check- Ins and Goals with your Team Leader.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.

  • Availability to work various shifts and days of the week as required.

  • Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
