Our office is looking for full time Inbound Sales Interceptors to join our team!

The Role

The Inbound Sales Interceptor is responsible for handling phone leads by guiding prospective customers through an online quoting tool and transferring warm leads to a Sales Broker.


  • Convey a willingness to help through positive and professional behaviour.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the applicable systems.

  • Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system, using the applicable templates.

  • Thoroughly search for and effectively manage client’s expectations by directing to the correct department/team as required.

  • Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards

  • Respond favourably to all coaching and training provided, make use of self-coaching tools where available.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Availability to work various shifts and days of the week as required.

  • Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
