We are building out our Property Risk Practice and currently have an opportunity for a Senior Vice President - Property Specialist (Potential for Hybrid Work) . The selected employee will be specialized in Property, capable of setting strategy and placing into the market, large and complex risks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

Evaluate risk data for new and renewal business.

Develop marketing strategy short term and long term, based on risk attributes, carrier temperament and market conditions.

Develop professional, client ready materials for presentations and meetings.

Effectively present renewal insurance proposals and options directly to clients.

Communicate property market challenges and opportunities to clients and colleagues.

Serve as a technical resource internally.

Facilitate market and client interactions.

Routinely network within the underwriting community.

Provide advocacy to clients.

Program design, placing and servicing of complex property insurance programs.

Developed expertise in Property Damage and Business Interruption Value review and analysis.

Proficient in reviewing modeling and stratification of exposures to identify critical locations in high hazard catastrophe zones.

Participates in numerous company-wide audits for the HUB compliance department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 7-10 years of experience with property insurance programs

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• Excels in verbal and written communication skills

• Dependable, energetic, and hard-working

• Efficient time management

• Effective team player

• Impeccable organizational abilities

• Able to implement Strong analytical and problem-solving strategies­

• Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: High school or equivalent
