Hub International Receptionist in Wilmington, Massachusetts

HUB International Limited is a leading insurance brokerage providing an array of worldwide brokerage services including property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment, and wealth management products and services throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist in our Wilmington office.

The selected employee willbe responsible for answering the main switchboard, greeting visitors and providing clerical support in accordance withthe practices, policies and procedures of the Company.


Responsibilities may include all or some of the following;

Operate switchboard handling incoming calls and forward as appropriate.

Greet visitors, and inform employees of the visitors arrival.

Process letters, reports and correspondence for management.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Prepare message slips when necessary.

May assist in sorting mail.

May assist in distributing faxes from advantage fax server via email.

Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.


  • Pleasant telephone manner.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
