Are you our next Client Service Representative ? Do you thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where client service is the focus? Here’s your chance to refine and develop your client service and analytical skills as a full time CSR in our Employee Benefits Division.

What you’ll be up to as our Client Service Representative

First things first, you’ll be the main point of contact for our insurance carriers and clients for all benefit inquiries

You’ll build positive relationships and be able to anticipate and address client needs while keeping our information accuracy and up to date

You’ll even manage all aspects of new client implementation

Once we are back in the office, you’ll prepare and attend client meetings

You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling.

You’ll jump on the front lines to deliver employee benefits administration training and employee education sessions

At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that your focus is always our clients!

What you bring to the table…

Let’s cut to the chase. You have your LLQP license or are willing to obtain in the next 6 months.

This isn’t your first rodeo. You have industry experience, preferably a minimum of three years in an employee benefits capacity.

You’re customer focused with exceptional client service skills.

You’ve done this before – you have excellent employee benefits product knowledge.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative!

You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
