As a Client Coordinator in our Group Retirement Division , you will provide exceptional administrative support for a skilled Consultant and the team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our brand new Downtown Vancouver location in a Regular Full Time position

Our Bentall One Vancouver office is located in center of Downtown Vancouver. This location is easy accessible by skytrain and near many shops, restaurants and amenities.

You would be joining our rapidly growing Group Retirement department, and would be instrumental in helping build an innovative, client-focused approach and culture. What you’ll be up to as our Client Coordinator

  • First things first, you will liaise with internal resources and insurance carriers to obtain answers and/or resolutions to retirement plan inquiries

  • You’ll prepare client deliverables including proposals, reports, spreadsheets and presentations

  • You’ll maintain team member work in progress checklist

  • You’ll track compliance for CE credits, CEBS

  • You’ll attend HUB staff meetings and other specific topic meetings as required and record weekly team meeting minutes

  • You’ll maintain and submit annual Out of Province Licensing applications

  • You’ll manage all aspects of retirement plan marketing process including: prepare specification, review quotations

What you bring to the table…

  • Let’s cut to the chase, you possess or be actively working towards a GBA, RPA, or CEBS’ designation

  • This isn’t your first rodeo. You have industry experience, preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience in the group retirement industry in a client facing role.

  • You can work independently as well as within a team

  • Have possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • You have superior attention to detail and organizational skills

  • You’re proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • You have your diploma in business or an administrative program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
