The Employee Benefits Program Manager is a position that will work closely with HUB Teammates to provide assistance with day to day customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with groups to provide plan options on various products within the Association membership plans.
Create and assemble client presentation and employee communication materials
Interact in person or virtually with membership to answer questions or direct services as needed.
Provide support for client eligibility services in partnership with the client service teams
Provide peer review support CBU account management team
Enter and maintain group and policy information in BMS (BenefitPoint) as directed MAM Operations Manager
Assistance with clients’ billing and eligibility audits, and on occasion may conduct these audits for clients independently.
Assist with special projects, as assigned
Attends industry related continuing education training and courses.
Benefits advocate on behalf of client employees

Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of related experience in the group employee benefit arena
Client facing experience required
L&H License required

Must hold a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point; follow guidelines on working in BMS (BenefitPoint) for premium efficiency with your team.
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
