Here’s Where You Come In
As the Personal Lines Team Manager you will ensure our clients receive exceptional service that drives our new business revenue and client retention goals. You will oversee the entire service team providing them with your expertise, leadership and mentorship to achieve their individual and team goals. As an integral part of the PL leadership team, you will participate in the creation of our strategic action plan and implement the tactical plan to achieve our vision and meet our established goals.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the service team and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
Develop and manage the implementation of client service policies and procedures
Provides ongoing learning initiatives and continuously coaches team members on best practices
Coach and support team members to help them meet their individual and team goals
Provides on-going feedback and quarterly reviews that ensure verifiable improvements in productivity
Performs client surveys and keeps records of interactions for training purposes
Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
Create and monitor departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
Plays integral role in carrier relationships and management of resources to appropriately balance new business allocation
Further builds and strengthens cross departmental relationships to ensure a consistent high-level experience for our colleagues and clients alike

5+ years of prior experience in client facing roles
Proven experience in a leadership role
Superior organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients and team members alike
Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
Deep knowledge of EPIC client management software and how to best utilize its capabilities
Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
Outgoing personality and able to connect on a meaningful level with varying personalities
