We'reseeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Claims Associate to be the guiding star for our HUB Account Teams and cherished Clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advocate for our clients, navigating Personal and Commercial Lines claims with grace and expertise

  • Provide top-tier technical insights and compassionate advocacy, ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and supported during their claims journey

  • Work collaboratively with our dynamic and friendly Claims Team. Together, you’ll develop and deliver innovative, flexible solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs

  • Keep our valued Clients and Account Teams in the loop with thoughtful and timely updates. Your advice and guidance will be their north star during the claims process.

  • Providing guidance to internal teams on the claims process and building knowledge and capability.

  • Dive into policy wording with a keen eye, analyzing and interpreting the details like a pro to best serve our clients.

  • Be an active participant in team and client meetings, where your voice matters and your presence makes a difference.

  • With your meticulous attention to detail, you'llmaintaincrystal-clear and up-to-date electronic claims files through Epic, ensuring a smooth journey for everyone involved

What Y ou’ll Need for Success
