Our vertically integrated Private Equity group is currently seeking an ambitious Account Executive with experience working with in the Financial Institution / Private Equity sector. The position is located in our Summit, NJ office but offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. The Account Executive will handle Property & Casualty, Management Liability, Cyber/Privacy Liability and Professional Liability for the portfolio companies of Private Equity firms HUB represents. This growth focused position requires working at a consultative and strategic level with the Insured(s) to develop and execute on a structured renewal process.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Manage all on-going services customarily required for Middle Market clients. This includes clear communication with clients, promoting client/insurer relationships, executing contracted services for all lines of insurance and working with internal HUB Specialists as needed.

• Coordinate brokerage and client services (contract review and guidance, coordinating actuarial services, claims and loss prevention services as required.

• Work with the Producer and client team, developing an understanding of the clients' business, strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and developing innovative approaches to unique client needs.

• Responsible for the execution of the renewal strategy in accordance with client instructions.

• Collaborate and deliver, alongside the Producer, presenting a detailed renewal proposal.

• Responsible for facilitating the claims process – working closely with internal claims resources.

• Responsible for marketing, including advising customers regarding renewals and recommending coverage/ products/risk control approaches.

• Responsible for managing existing client acquisitions/mergers and coordinating/ presenting a go forward insurance program.

• At least 5 years of experience managing midsize accounts. Working with Private Equity clients and portfolio companies is beneficial.

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

• Valid NJ State Property & Casualty Insurance license

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Excellent Excel/ Spreadsheet proficiency

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment

• Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of market place and on-line quoting

• Ability to travel in a limited capacity as needed
