Regional Branch Manager Steinbach, MB

We are looking for a Regional Branch Manager to oversee the operations for the Steinbach and Niverville retail branch locations.

The Regional Branch Manager is responsible for balancing the front-line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, and employee satisfaction.

The Regional Branch Manager ensures the branch is always functioning in a professional and efficient manner. Interacts daily with clients and employees, quotes, and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills, promoting a superior company image.

With a clear emphasis on outstanding client service, the Regional Branch Manager develops and maintains operational excellence by improving efficiencies and ensuring that, even in the face of rapid organizational growth, all branch systems in the organization are aligned toward achieving overall strategic goals.

Accomplishments Needed:

Experience & Education :

  • 5 - 7 years of progressive industry and people management experience is desired

  • Key Autopac Person (KAP) qualifications preferred

  • CAIB Designation is required or working toward

  • Post-secondary studies in Business Administration desired; studies in Retail Management would be considered an asset

  • Previous experience managing across organizational boundaries is desired

  • Education and experience in Quality Management desired

Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of habitational, commercial, automobile, life and travel insurance and product processes and procedures, along with the ability to sell the product to our customers.

  • Strong, proven analytical and decision-making skills

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities required

  • Superior relationship building with a client orientation

  • Ability to handle multiple, competing projects that are time sensitive

  • Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Strong organization and time management skills and along with a demonstrated attention to detail
