The Role: Operations Administrator
Reports To: Director of Marketing and Communications
The OperationsAdministrator, under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, is an administrative role which will evolve based on both the companies needs, and where the employee is finding their greatest successes. This position’s roles and responsibilities will include expense reporting and corporate accounts payables/receivables, involvement in event planning, licensing and education coordination and support, teammate onboarding, month end reporting and reconciliations and other various operational tasks as they occur. We are looking for someone who has an above average comfortability with Microsoft Office programs and a focus on attention to detail and organization. We are willing to train in all areas for the right candidate.

Client/Customer Focus - Provides superior service to PHW teammates.
Communication - Expresses information with consistency and clarity to both management and teammates as necessary.
Self-Motivated – Ability to stay on task and effective without constant supervision.
Professionalism - Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment.
Teamwork – Ability to work with others in the operations department to successfully deal with all inquiries.
Time Management - Balances a myriad of tasks; prioritizes duties as needed.
Corporate Accounts Payables/Receivables.
Licensing and Education Coordination/Support.
Month End Reporting and Reconciliations.
Assistance with other operations tasks as required.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Certification(s) and/or license(s) appropriate to industry.
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
High level of integrity and excellent work ethic.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
