Our TeleWealth Team is seeking a highly motivated individual! The role serves as a personable account manager for clients while identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships through opening new accounts, increasing account contributions, rollovers into TCG/HUB managed plans from outside accounts, and rollovers from employer-sponsored retirement plans into individual retirement accounts managed by the TeleWealth Advisor. The TeleWealth Advisor also serves as the client's primary point of contact, providing excellent customer service and cultivating a strong rapport with the client's leadership.

As a TeleWealth Advisor, you will support clients with their retirement savings and investments. This education and planning will include running income gap analysis to help determine clients where they are in life and how they can achieve their financial goals. Topics that are regularly discussed include, but not limited to: Teacher and government worker pensions, Social Security, and Supplemental retirement account options such as IRA, 401(k), 457, and 403(b). You will work directly with external clients as well as internal partners to deliver the right strategy that will improve retirement outcomes for a core set of clients' employees, whether enrolling individuals in a retirement plan, creating a personal financial plan, or providing investment guidance on internal or external accounts.

The TeleWealth Advisor will educate plan participants, provide investment guidance, and coach employees regarding their options. A newly hired TeleWealth Advisor will receive training to become an expert on employee retirement plan options, as well as current legislative and regulatory issues affecting employee retirements. Travel may be necessary.

Candidates will receive training and be required to master concepts pertaining to the employee's retirement picture in its entirety. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn, professional and effective communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Customer Service skills are essential for the TeleWealth Advisor position, as this individual will assist with employer-hosted benefits fairs, retirement seminars, open enrollments, and one-on-one appointments.


  • Inform the client of his or her retirement options, including Teacher and government worker pensions, Social Security, and Supplemental retirement account options such as IRA, 401(k), 457, and 403(b).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters

  • Manage a strong client relationship

  • Identify opportunities to manage external assets when it is within the client's best interest

  • Provide exceptional client service

  • Provide Guidance on financial and investment matters

  • Manage invested assets, retirement accounts, and financial plans of clients on a constant basis

Key Job Tasks:

  • Assist clients and retirement plan participants with their financial and retirement strategy

  • Developing and preserving client relationships with senior leadership

  • Educate retirement plan participants about retirement planning

  • Manage retirement plans, accounts, and retirement planning for clients

  • Provide financial guidance and education, including investment-related recommendations

  • Assist with open enrollments and one-on-one employer-hosted appointments.

  • Utilizes several technologies and techniques to swiftly respond to inbound phone inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Degree in finance, financial planning, economics, marketing, business, or related field

  • Bilingual in Spanish (Required)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • This role requires a Series 65, or other designation that allows you to be registered to provide investment advice. We require confirmation that you currently have a Series 65 or, in the event that you need a Series 65 license, that you successfully complete the Series 65 requirements no later than 180 days after your start date.
