Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking Support Specialists to join our Commercial Lines team. In this role, you'll be supporting a team of Client Account Managers by issuing certificates of insurance and auto identification cards, processing endorsements, maintaining client information and processing transactions in our agency management systems, and other tasks to support overall workflows and client service.
Located in our downtown San Antonio office, after an initial onboarding and training period of several months onsite, this position may be considered for a hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote).
You’re Great At
Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines in an administrative, customer service, or analytical support role focused on proactive, accurate, and responsive follow through. Experience with AMS 360 and ImageRight a plus. You'll need solid skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and organizational skills are essential. This position requires a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license, to be obtained within the first sixty days of employment.
