We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team for our California office.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the Advisors to ensure our clients experience outstanding service. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Client Services Administrator will be serving top performing California advisor team.

• Will interact with clients to implement approved Plan changes.

• Prepare Fiduciary Investment Review document.

• Database management.

• Create and update Retirement Plan Specifications.

• Prepare Plan review documents and implement approved changes.

• Assist with identifying areas for Plan improvement.

Qualifications:

• Background in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred but not required).

• Exceptional customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.

• Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business.

• Strong attention to detail.
