The Carrier Management Team works closely with our carriers to build optimized relationships. We are committed to ensuring our carrier’s inquiries are serviced, feedback is heard and collaborate on processing solutions. We are about researching and resolving. Impact

The Carrier Team Senior Service Lead supports the build and continuous management of the optimized relationship between our accounting departments and external partners. They uphold the importance of mitigating risk, delivering world class service and ensuring that resolution is provided within our standard service level agreements. They ensure established policies and procedures are adhered to in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

What you’ll do

  • Develops and maintains high level of knowledge of accounting functions, processes, Broker Management Software and other internal systems

  • Directs additional leads to effectively identify trends in production and workflows

  • Analyzes and proposes changes in methods and/or procedures to improve efficiency and the quality of service

  • Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities (e.g. continuous improvement)

  • Collaborating with accounting partners and operations to facilitate optimization with carriers/brokers

  • Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist department leads in achieving enhanced performance

  • Research and manage escalated accounting inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions

What you bring to our team

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience leading in an accounting, banking, or finance industry

  • High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation

  • Demonstrated superb abilities to lead with a passion for supporting and empowering

  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base required to support team members

  • Effectively work both independently and as part of a cross-functional and collaborative team

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Applications to include Excel and Outlook

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $32.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
