Hub International Office Administrator in Riverside, California

About the Position

The Office Administrator position reports directly to the VP of Accounting and provides administrative support to the Accounting Center.


• Provides administrative support to the Accounting center and performs clerical and office operations functions

• Assists with maintenance requests and monitors resolution

• Coordinates team building events

• Assists with event planning and/or visitor group meetings

• Scans accounting documentation into the document management system and files paper documentation appropriately

• Acts as backup to Department assistants as needed

• Provide clerical assistance to all accounting center team members as requested

• Open and Distribute Mail, Process outgoing mail

• Monitor and distribute incoming emails received in centralized mailbox


• Requires at least 1 years related work experience

• Insurance Brokerage Experience preferred

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic Word and Excel Skills required

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Must have some flexibility of work hours and have ability to potentially put in extra hours during peak times
