About the position:

The Carrier Team Senior Service Analyst supports our accounting partners and Service Analysts with a variety of high-impact assignments. They are knowledgeable in both the HFC and Operations workflows which allows for them to make decisions that mitigate risk and provide solutions. This role is a key representation to our internal and external contacts as an expert in Carrier/Accounting partnerships.

Carrier Team Senior Service Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Senior Analyst by managing and resolving complex inquiries

  • Partner with offshore leadership in managing resources and success of assigned items

  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce carrier limitations and enhance partnerships

  • Collaborate with Corporate Strategies, Information technology, Operations, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of our Broker Management Systems

  • Analyze carrier data and deliver insight on potential risks and improvements

  • Monitor and safeguard carrier portal information

  • Complete additional projects as assigned

Carrier Team Senior Service Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in customer solutions setting

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver successful results

  • Ability to provide guidance and resolution with intricate carrier escalations

  • Experience working with excel and deciphering carrier data

  • Knowledge of Broker Management Systems and IT ticketing system requirements

  • Effective listening skills and ability to communicate efficiently through various channels

  • In depth understanding of HFC and full cycle transactional accounting

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $32.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
