THE OPPORTUNITY:

HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

The Billing and Eligibility Coordinator is the liaison between the front office client service staff and the inner-workings of the HUB Accounting Teams. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process employee eligibility and enrollments for both trusts – (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)

  • Maintain monthly adjustment sheets of all the changes

  • Process changes at OE for both trusts.

  • Handle monthly audits on carrier bills.

  • Verify reports sent

  • Process all enrollments, terms etc.

  • Set up the policies and invoices on EPIC.

  • Process all the checks in EPIC.

  • Handle OE related tasks, such as mailing out OE info, renewing all policies & setting up invoices in EPIC.

  • Handle inquiries from retirees regarding their bills.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

  • Strong knowledge of EPIC Business Management System

  • Microsoft Office Excel experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Billing/invoicing (will invoice about 900 per month)

  • Dental coverage experience

  • Licensed or willing to get licensed (CA Life & Health)

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting

  • Ability to process new information quickly

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and open to constructive feedback

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Very strong customer service orientation

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Department Accounting & Finance
