Are you our next Supervisor ? Do you thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where client service is the focus? Our Richmond branch is located in the heart of the Richmond Auto Mall, the largest auto mall in Western Canada! We’re the exclusive insurance broker to 19 different dealerships.
Here’s your chance to refine and develop your leadership and management skills as a full time Supervisor while you enhance your career potential in branch management.
What you’ll be up to as our Supervisor…
First things first, you’ll collaborate with branch leaders to support the development of a high performing and engaged team.
You’ll build positive client, employee and dealership relationships by handling and resolving concerns in a proactive manner.
You’ll act as a leader and a mentor by supporting, coaching and training employees.
You’ll be the resident expert by leading the continuous improvement, organization and efficiency of the branch.
You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling.
You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers (ICBC, CNS, Family etc.), Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
You’ll jump on the front lines to service our clients and balance between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties. We work as a team!
At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that you and your team understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision.
What you bring to the table…
Let’s cut to the chase. You need to have your Level 2 General Insurance License.
This isn’t your first rodeo. You have industry experience, preferably a minimum of three years in a leadership capacity.
You’re a people person. You have the knack for training, coaching and leading a team.
You’re client service focused with exceptional client service skills.
You’ve done this before – you have excellent insurance product knowledge.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative!
You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
If you’re fluent in speaking Mandarin or Cantonese – that’s a bonus!
