Here’s Where You Come In

We are currently seeking an Agency Bill Invoicer to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. You’ll be invoicing all agency bill items for the Northwest, review account set up to ensure accuracy, and work with the central accounting team to ensure payments are made on accounts. Other tasks include completing finance agreement transactions, review and update all commissions for the carrier, producer, and agency, and maintaining accurate billing info in our agency management system (EPIC).

You’re Great At

Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 2 years accounting experience and if you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.

The expected starting hourly range for this position is $25.65/Hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
