As a Manager of Investment Services , you will build relationships with clients while assisting them with the administration of their investment accounts and ensuring their needs are met. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to work towards your career goals .

Your job responsibilities as the Manager of Investment Services:

  • Plan investments, tracking performance, risk, style drift, and peer benchmarking.

  • Executes trades of stocks, mutual funds and other financial instruments.

  • Prepare investment monitoring reports.

  • Meet with clients to present and discuss investment analyses (both on a micro and macro level) at account review meetings.

  • Prepare investment presentations for new sales opportunities.

  • Participant advisory services; handle participant inquiries regarding their investments

  • Responsible for all aspects of the administration of client investment accounts.

  • Work closely with Retirement and Private Wealth team members to offer well-rounded client support for sales and service.


You are perfect for this opportunity if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the retirement or wealth planning industry

  • An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

  • Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 66 licenses are preferred.

  • Prior experience in a support role at an independent Broker/Dealer or Wire House is helpful but not required.

  • Experience using Orion Systems, Charles Schwab, Morningstar Workstation, iRebal and/or eMoney portal would be a plus.

  • High integrity, good judgment skills, and committed to doing the right thing for their clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

  • Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and responsible for working with confidential information.

  • Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines, and coordinate multiple jobs.
