· Prompt response to inbound sales inquiries from Group clients by providing home and auto quotations

· Identify and proactively respond to needs-based selling opportunities for clients by appropriately matching to insurer partners

· Ability to identify opportunities for upsell to existing clients

· Accountable for sales targets for new business Personal lines sales

· Resolve and address client concerns during the sales process

· Correctly set up and submit insurance applications, follow up with clients as required

· Meet and present HUB proposition with Group & Affinity partners as required (some travel required: 20% travel)

Required Experience:

· College Diploma or University Degree or equivalent experience

· RIBO licensed or in progress

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in either a sales organization or an insurance organization

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

· Experience with broker management systems: TAM or Epic

· Effective organizational skills and time management

· Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
