Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Include but not limited to:

• Analyze, research and resolve exceptions.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client service operations team and markets.

• Contribute to a cooperative team environment in which cross functions are assumed as necessary in order to meet department deadlines

• Monthly revenue reporting and variance analysis

• Monthly Reconciliation of Revenue and balance sheet

• Various metric reports

• Customer data analysis by Division

• Reporting retention by person

• Provide managers with preliminary reports & analysis for month end review

Other responsibilities:

• Include but not limited to:

• Research and resolve Direct Bill suspense items on a periodic basis

• Communicate with client service team to resolve exceptions.

• Escalate unresolved items to supervisor per pre-determined aging timeline

• May assist in other special projects as required

• Research and resolve exceptions that occur in various workflows (unmatched, manual, import, download)

Required Experience:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in accounting field preferred.

• Experience in a shared services accounting environment preferred.

• Insurance Brokerage Experience preferred.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate Word and Excel Skills required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Work under pressure to deadlines

• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

• Self-motivated and proactive
