Client Service Associate

We are seekinga dedicated, organized, and proactive client services associate to join our team. The Client Service Associate provides dedicated on-site support, serving as administrative and operational support to our retirement service team. The Client Service Associate is expected to perform administrative duties that support the Retirement Team in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings, and file & calendar maintenance. This individual would need to be comfortable working with up to 10+ team members at one time. This is an entry-level position; extensive knowledge of retirement plans is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling review meetings for advisors

  • Prepare client meeting materials; assist with the preparation of presentation materials for meetings in collaboration with relationship teams, and coordinate with other departments to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assisting in the creation and responses for RFIs/RFPs/Finals presentations

  • Be a power user of client support technology systems, including the client relationship management system and investment monitoring programs.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, external professional advisors, and internal business partners

  • Assist in the completion of additional reports and other related requirements for professionals

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support preferred

  • Detail orientated with superior organizational skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others

  • Deadline driven

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Highly computer literate and proficient in a variety of programs

  • Experience working with Salesforce is preferred

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
