Ce que nous attendons de vous :

Relevant directement de la Directrice des Opérations régionales, vous soutiendrez notre équipe gagnante du Québec en :

• Assurer le suivi des transactions commerciales, des avis de non-conformité (NIGO), des mises à jour de comptes, des ouvertures de comptes et du traitement des transferts au niveau national.

• Traiter les opérations sur les fonds communs de placement et les fonds distincts, y compris l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, les opérations non financières et les transferts de placements.

• Veiller à ce que les transactions soient traitées avec précision et dans les délais impartis.

• Identifier et corriger les erreurs de transaction, le cas échéant.

• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des conseillers.

• Assurer la liaison avec les transporteurs et les sociétés de fonds au nom des conseillers.

• Autres tâches en fonction des besoins.

• Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au minimum, études supérieures de préférence.

• Expérience dans le secteur de l'investissement

• Expérience administrative

• Maîtrise de la dactylographie et des applications informatiques, y compris la suite MS.

• Capacité avérée à communiquer efficacement (à l'écrit et à l'oral).

• Grand souci du détail et excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes.

• Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps.

What we need you to do:

Reporting directly to the Manager, Regional Operations Manager, support our winning Quebec team by:

• Following up on business transactions, Not in Good Order notices (NIGO), account updates, account openings and processing transfers at a national level

• As needed, processing incoming mutual and segregated fund trades, including new account opening, non-financial trades and investment transfers.

• Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Identifying and correcting transaction errors as required.

• Answering incoming advisor inquiries.

• Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of the advisors.

• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum High School Diploma, post-Secondary preferred

• Previous investment industry related experience

• Previous administrative experience

• Proficiency in typing and working with computer applications, including MS suite.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management skills.
