Le gestionnaire de ressources stratégiques (SRM) joue un rôle essentiel dans la croissance et le développement de notre culture de vente. Il relève du chef de la direction des ventes (CSO) et aide la direction et les chargés de clientèle à atteindre leurs objectifs. Le SRM travaille également en étroite collaboration avec notre siège social à Chicago afin d'offrir des initiatives continues à tous les bureaux de la région de HUB Québec.

Considéré comme l'agent de liaison des produits HUB, le SRM fait la promotion des solutions créatives de marketing de HUB International afin de générer de nouvelles affaires et de fidéliser les clients. Le SRM est chargé d'éduquer les chargés de clientèle sur les outils et les ressources qu’HUB a à offrir, tout en trouvant des moyens innovants de mettre en valeur nos capacités uniques. Ses responsabilités sont, sans s’y limiter, les suivantes :

Interagir avec les courtiers afin de présenter la valeur ajoutée et les avantages de HUB lors des réunions de vente et des présentations de nouvelles affaires;

Contribuer à l’élaboration de divers documents (listes, présentations, rapports, statistiques);

  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour tous les outils/ressources destinés aux courtiers et aux clients;

  • Présenter des sessions de formation en personne et virtuelles pour les courtiers et les bureaux;

  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour l’intranet (navigation et la publication de contenu);

  • Travailler directement avec les fournisseurs clés et recevoir une formation régulière du siège social;

  • Travailler avec le CSO pour intégrer les nouveaux courtiers et les nouvelles acquisitions à HUB;

  • Travailler avec le service marketing et communication de l’entreprise à la création et à l’exécution de publicités, de microsites, d’envois courriels et à l’amélioration de la présence des chargés de clientèle sur les médias sociaux;

  • Planifier et coordonner la participation de HUB à des salons professionnels et à des conférences;

  • Coordonner la présentation de la réunion trimestrielle des ventes et du bulletin d’information;

  • Administrer tous les outils et ressources de ventes;

  • Résoudre les problèmes généraux et guider les employés ayant besoin des ressources de HUB.

Exigences du poste

Compétences techniques

  • Études supérieures (un atout);

  • 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire;

  • Bilingue (français/anglais) écrit et parlé;

  • Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office; (Excel, Word et Powerpoint).
