Ce poste relevant de la Directrice de la formation et conformité consiste à assurer la formation des employés

Ses responsabilités, sans s’y limiter, sont :

  • Fournir la formation à tous les nouveaux employés sur les différents logiciels de gestion des clients et autres applications;

  • Offrir un soutien continu aux usagers;

  • Collaborer à la conception de formations internes accréditées par la CHAD;

  • Planifier les formations obligatoires.

Exigences du poste

Compétences techniques

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales;

  • Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft office;

  • Un minimum de 3 années d’expérience;

  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).

  • Souci du détail et faire preuve de précision et de minutie;

  • Capacité d’adaptation à différents environnements et personnalités;

  • Excellentes aptitudes pédagogiques;

  • Facilité d’apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels/systèmes informatiques;

Trainer

Job description

This position, reporting to the Training and Compliance Manager, involves providing employee training.

His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing training to all new employees on different client management software and other applications.

  • Offering continuous support to users.

  • Collaborating in the design of internally accredited training by CHAD.

  • Planning mandatory training sessions

Job requirements

Technical skills

  • College degree.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of both French and English (oral and written).

Personal skills

  • Attention to detail, demonstrating precision and meticulousness.

  • Adaptability to different environments and personalities.

  • Excellent teaching abilities.

  • Ease in learning new software/information systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both individual and group.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment by establishing priorities.

Aditionnal skills
