Ce à quoi ressemblera votre journée :

  • Traiter toutes les demandes de service qui arrivent par e-mail (principalement) et par téléphone.

  • Maintenir une compréhension des processus des différentes compagnies d'assurance.

  • Assurer la réception officielle, notamment préparer les courriers et accueillir les clients.

Vous réussirez dans ce rôle si vous avez :

  • une bonne attitude et d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle

  • des compétences claires en matière de communication écrite et orale (français et anglais)

Bilingual Life Insurance Service Administrator and Reception

Do you have a passion for customer service excellence and a desire to create positive experiences for clients? If you answer “yes”, then HUB Financial Inc. has an exciting opening in our Vancouver office for you! We have built a culture at HUB that is focused on helping our clients grow their business and developing our employees to grow their careers.

The Life Insurance Service Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Insurance Brokers) through seamless customer service. If this opportunity intrigues you, keep reading for more details about the role!

What your day will look like:

  • Handle all service inquiries that come through email (primarily) and phone

  • Liaise between our customers (Insurance Brokers) and the Insurance Companies

  • Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Companies’ processes

  • Official Reception coverage including preparing couriers and greeting clients

  • Other duties as required

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Great attitude with excellent customer service skills

  • Clear written and oral communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • A team player who can also work independently

  • Experience working within the financial industry (an asset, not requirement)
