HUB's service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

Our Account Representative assists the Account Service Team (Account Executives and Account Managers) with a variety of account-management functions which ensure clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Performs general support functions to keep insurance policies in-force and active.

  • You will help our team by managing important projects and tasks.

  • You will use emails, phone calls, video meetings, and follow ups to get things done.

  • You will access, learn about, update and use business applications (mostly in a web browser).

  • You will update our business applications with fresh information as clients grow and policies are renewed or replaced.

  • You will read proposals and extract key information to help our benefits analyst.

  • You will compare requests with proposals and identify discrepancies.


You are perfect for this opportunity if you…

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience

  • As a reliable and trustworthy teammate, you listen well, work hard, and complete tasks and projects on time.

  • Use a calendar and a task list every day. You can plan your work and work your plan.

  • Can stay focused, crank through repetitive tasks, and get things done.

  • You are an excellent reader. You have read a few paper books in the last year.

  • You recognize and own your mistakes.

  • You are resourceful and need not be told exactly how to get things done. You are good at figuring things out but you also know when you are stuck and it’s time to ask for help.

  • You are confident and willing to try new things and speak up if you see a better way.
