About The Role

We have aggressive growth targets and client opportunities and looking to add experienced Sales Representatives to sell our Personal Home and Auto Insurance Products. We are looking for the best to represent HUB’s established reputation as a market leader in the Markham or Barrie area.

What You’ll Do

  • New Business outside sales

  • Collaborate with other Divisional sales folks to develop cross divisional opportunities

  • Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries for Personal Lines Retail Home and Auto.

  • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries

  • Cross-selling other insurance and financial products based on the minimum requirements.

  • Upselling to existing clients. Placing outgoing touch base calls.

  • Resolving client concerns collaborating with service to ensure Service Excellence Standards are met.

  • Lead generation support for Commercial Lines and Wealth Management products

Compensation

You will decide what compensation structure you are comfortable with whether it’s a guaranteed base salary plus commission or move into a full commission structure earning up to 65% commission on new business and an opportunity to earn renewal commission. This is a great reward structure for the hard work you put in.
