The executive assistant assists both the commercial and personal lines departments with both administrative and personal tasks. The responsibilities include:
Answer and monitor phone calls
Respond to emails in a timely fashion
Service and manage benefits packages for small group clients and individual health benefits (including Medicare) for clients
Schedule meetings and appointments
Arrange travel itinerary
Organize office birthday lunches and other office events
Maintain office supplies
Perform other administrative tasks
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not needed)
Min. 2+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent of education and experience
Demonstrated computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organizationJoin the HUB International team and watch your career grow!
