THE OPPORTUNITY:

The executive assistant assists both the commercial and personal lines departments with both administrative and personal tasks. The responsibilities include:

  • Answer and monitor phone calls

  • Respond to emails in a timely fashion

  • Service and manage benefits packages for small group clients and individual health benefits (including Medicare) for clients

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Arrange travel itinerary

  • Organize office birthday lunches and other office events

  • Maintain office supplies

  • Filing

  • Perform other administrative tasks

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not needed)

  • Min. 2+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent of education and experience

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
