Based in Langley, the Receptionist position will be an engaged, motivated, service minded team player, be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department in a friendly and professional manner
Receive and deliver messages and faxes
Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information as required
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating
Organize mail, separating mail to insurance carriers and other offices, and prepare for pickup
Assist with the scheduling template
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
