Our Auto Insurance Division is excited to welcome you into our client-focused culture. This role is located out of our Willowbrook office which is our newest and second largest office centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre.

This new and exciting role as an Insurance Sales Representative in our Auto Insurance Division plays a critical part in growing our business by caring deeply about protecting our clients from risk and providing exceptional client service. Bring your industry experience and make a positive impact on the team with your fresh ideas and unique perspective.

What you’ll be up to as our Insurance Sales Representative ...

  • First things first, you’ll be writing new auto policies (ICBC and private market coverages).

  • You’ll build positive client relationships and identify new business opportunities by following up on internal leads.

  • You’re detail oriented and will update client information as changes occur.

  • You’re passionate about client experience and provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.

  • You’ll manage and collect account receivables

  • You’re driven to meet and exceed monthly budgeted targets

What you bring to the table…

  • Let’s cut to the chase. You need to have your Level 2 General Insurance License.

  • This isn’t your first rodeo. You have industry experience, preferably a minimum of two years in Auto Insurance

  • You’re competitive and are extremely driven by sales and results.

  • You’re able to work independently.

  • You have proven sales experience

  • You’re client service focused with exceptional client service skills.

  • Change doesn’t phase you. You’re able to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

  • You bring excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize multiple demands.

  • You have superior organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You’re extremely knowledgeable in ICBC and Auto Insurance business, including private auto

  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

  • It would be an asset if you have completion of industry-related designation (CAIB, CIP, CRM).

  • If you’re multi-lingual – that’s a bonus!

Department Sales
