The Opportunity

As an Insurance Advisor in the Commercial Auto Division , you will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills to service high volume commercial fleet accounts. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Langley – Willowbrook location in a Regular Full-Time position

Our Willowbrook branch is centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre. The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to Commercial Auto Insurance clients

• Manage and maintain fleet accounts

• Assist producer with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto accounts

• Contact clients for renewal information

• Review and assist with composition of insurance coverages and extensions

• Assess coverages and limits, recommendation of optional coverage

• Provide policy and coverage information and interpretation to producers/clients upon request or inquiry

• Update client information as changes occur

• Participate in high volume workflow projects

• Contact clients for incoming new business leads

• Face-to-face deliveries / road running may be required

• Maintain & grow technical knowledge, check Extranet daily for changes

The Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Fleets, Garage and Prorate

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong attention to detail

• Superior client service & telephone manners

• Strong computer skills

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Asset experience that will make you stand out:

• You have or are working towards an industry designation

• Level 2 General Insurance License

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
