ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Receivables:

• Set up reports within EPIC system to be sent out to designated Producers and their teams on a bi-weekly basis

• Review and follow up on all past due items (debit or credits)

• Advise Gulf South President, P&C Practice Leader and CFO of any collection issues

Surplus Lines Tax:

• Handle all reporting for P&C surplus lines tax as related to Gulf South

• Reporting for all Gulf South locations

• Reports must be submitted on a timely basis to the appropriate authority

Operations:

• Monitor daily overdue HFC activities for P&C Staff

• Preliminary Organic Growth

• Organic Growth Analysis for all P&C GUS Offices

• Run and analyze items renewed in EPIC, but not billed bi-monthly

• Update EPIC when employee is no longer with the agency for future transactions and billing email on policy screens

• EPIC Testing for regional/corporate amendments/upgrades as needed

• Attend department meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred insurance knowledge and experience

• EPIC experience helpful

• Intermediate Computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Diligent

• Responsive

• Excellent Oral & Written Communication

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
