SUMMARY:

As the Production Account Coordinator - Marketing Analyst you will work closely with the Production Teams and Marketing Executives in various efforts for the production teams throughout the state with duties as follows:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Production Account Coordinators and Marketing Executives in various efforts for the production teams throughout the state

• Be responsible for submission set up, data entry and data verification

• Create draft proposals and/or generation of proposals for new and renewal business

• Perform on-line rating through carrier websites

• Perform on-line entry of submissions in carrier websites

• Provide binding process support

• Provide support in sending submissions to carriers and follow up with underwriters in the quote process

• Other marketing support as assigned by the Manager

• Be willing to consider continued education and development as a career path to become a junior Marketing Executive and ultimately fulfill the role in full

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry

• Current Florida Property & Casualty Producer's License

• Intermediate to Advanced Level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications

• Basic knowledge of commercial lines coverage and markets

• Ability to review and comprehend carrier quotations and compare to submission specifications

• High energy, detail-oriented self-starter

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet required deadlines

• Significant skill in handling & completing demands and projects

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

• High proficiency in Broker Manager System, preferably EPIC

• Professional Designation or willingness to obtain (CIC, CRM, etc)

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
