GENERAL DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY, SCOPE, PURPOSE)
The Operations Resource Specialist will analyze, test, and implement software solutions that improve operational efficiencies and user experience. This position is focused on technical products that aide our Operations Teams in various initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports staff and account level performance stats regularly to management team.
Ensures leaders within operations are properly supported with various reports to efficiently review, analyze and manage performance metrics.
Identify and report areas of needed process improvement to immediate manager.
Maintains at least minimum proficiency results for quality of work performed (required to process data entry).
Partners with IT and other software developers to execute business goals and objectives.
Manages various monitoring reports and change logs to ensure critical transactions are processed timely and accurately.
Database management and tracking.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job designed to help mortgage ops. representatives achieve our goals.
Performs UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as needed.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Programming Experience (Preferred Python and SQL)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA (Visual Basics for Applications)
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Prior data analysis experience
Skills testing may be required prior to an interview
Prior P&C Insurance, Mortgage, or Forced Placed Insurance related experience is a plus
Requires a working knowledge of Windows computer environment & Office software
Requires a high school diploma or GED
