Hub International Executive Assistant & Strategic Resources Manager in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico


The Executive Assistant & SRM works directly and in collaboration with the President/CEO and the Leadership Team. The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture.


  • Answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information

  • Comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents. Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.

  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.

  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners

  • Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team

  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings

  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files

  • Prepares information and research for executive needs

  • May help plan company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects.

  • Coordinate with vendors the design and supply of various promotional items

  • Responsible for the content design and distribution of company newsletters, email blast and other marketing initiatives.

  • Assist with development of RFPs and sell sheets

  • Main point of contact for HUB intranet system assisting with navigation and posting regional content

  • Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training

  • Responsible for monthly and annual CRM sales reports and auditing integrity of data

  • General problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources (HUB TODAY)

  • Travel is dependent on the needs of the HUB or HUB Region. (1-2 trips to Chicago/Corporate per year)

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. Competent and comfortable with technology.

  • Standard officeadministrative practices and procedures, including theuse of standard office equipment.

· Outgoing, friendly with strong demonstration of teamwork.

· Strong proven organizational skills.

  • Marketing and graphic design skills and experience. Marketingsolutionsmentality

  • Critical-thinking, problem-solving enthusiast, breakingcomplexissuesintosimplesolutions

  • Highlyorganizedmaster of multi-tasking with an inherentsense of urgency· Good oral communication and interpersonalskills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with training across a wide range of skills and positions.

· Self-motivated

· Ability to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Experiencewith a CRMsystem

  • High degree of self-motivation and discipline

  • Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional

  • Ability to travel if necessary

Department Office Administration & Clerical

Required Experience: 2-5 years

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
