HUB continues to grow and seeking a dynamic Account Manager working out of our HUB Lower Sackville office, who can service and manage an existing book of business working with a commercial producer. This is an ideal role for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, enjoys working with people and has a commitment to deliver results on required deadlines. This role will require a flexible individual to adapt to the growth of the business. Responsibilities:

The Commercial Lines Account Associate role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, and detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Providing internal and external clients with prompt, courteous and professional service including handling coverage inquiries and processing client requests

• Assist Account Manager in renewal and new business process; obtain underwriting information, secure premium indication(s) from carriers, and draft documentation (proposal) email for client

• Timely preparation and review of applications and submissions

• Issue policy binders, and set up policy lines

• Review file for underwriting details (i.e. COPE details)

• Follow up on claim status, and request loss runs

• Updating rate/premium histories and premium comparisons, execution of premium finance contracts on renewals/new business

• Back-up support on accounting discrepancies

• Assisting in collection of Accounts Receivables while adhering to HUB International’s file management standards

• Assist with Critical Path to ensure action items are completed

• Contract review and report to Account Manager insurance requirements

• Review Account Manager Activities

• Other duties as required
