Hub International Branch Coordinator in Grenfell, Saskatchewan
We are currently looking to fill the Branch Coordinator role to lead the Grenfell and Broadview , Saskatchewan team!
The Branch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a wide variety of functions for the office.
The Branch Coordinator ensures the branch is functioning in a professional and efficient manner at all times. This role interacts daily with clients and employees, quotes and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills, promoting a superior company image.
Additionally, there will be a focus on Commercial Lines support. Duties included are, but not limited to: interacting with Account Executive/Account Manager to assist in assembling renewal information or for making changes to policies throughout the year as received from the Account Executive/Account Manager; tracking expiry lists for the Account Executive/Account Manager and invoicing on straight renewal accounts. Preparing information to be submitted to the Marketers to obtain new quotes, assembling the information into a presentation format for the prospect/client.

A License Level 2 is required. Advanced EPIC skills are essential. A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines is necessary Knowledge in Employee Benefits is an asset. Strong insurance product knowledge and a Company ambassador is a must. Willingness to learn and develop is essential.
