Hub International Commercial Lines Team Assistant in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Purpose

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Channel in accordance with company practices, policies and procedures.

Role Expectations

  • Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts as referenced in the Roles, Responsibilities and Skills Chart.

  • Assist with special projects in the office as requested.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate client information in EPIC as assigned.

  • Desire and ability to acquire insurance knowledge and apply same to your daily work
