Major Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Express a can-do attitude and a servant’s heart to clients and coworkers daily

• Be a resource for Sales Producers and Account Managers

• Design & implement successful marketing campaigns

• Develop & maintain good working relationships with Clients, Account Managers, Producers, and Internal Partners

• Create & implement marketing/media plans that include print, online, & social networking opportunities

• Plan, design, & produce all company client-facing events within time and budget limits

• Proactively handle any arising issues & troubleshoot any emerging problems for events

• Work with Management and Accounting to determine a budget for all marketing & event materials and adhere to those budgets set

• Client, carrier, and sponsor contact management

• Report and present post-event data analytics and social media data

Requested Skills & Qualities

• 4-year college degree or industry specific designation preferred

• Previous marketing and event planning experience preferred

• High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office

• Superior creative, technical, and interpersonal skills

• A true team mentality

• A results-driven approach in order to meet goals

• Resourcefulness and a willingness to take ownership of each and every task

• Keen eye for detail & the ability to produce high quality content

• Excellent time management and organization skills, the ability to set priorities and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments

• Eager and willing to enhance knowledge and skills
