The Opportunity!

As a Surety Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining successful client and underwriting relationships along with thoroughly understanding suretyship and counsel clients in its application. Additionally, the Surety Account Manager will work to issue bid bonds, performance bonds, payment bonds, license bonds and other bonds including a review and processing of bond riders.

  • Full-Time career working out of our Edmonton – 55 Ave branch location.

What you will bring to the role –

  • 2+ Years of Contract Surety Experience is preferred, an equivalent combination of Business Administration education and administrative experience is required.

  • Pro-active, self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Innovative mindset, with the ability to develop creative solutions and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Motivated to support a diverse team and contribute within a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within an Account Manager capacity.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.

  • Experience with Epic broker management system is considered an asset.

  • Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.
